How Did You Get Started?
What Workout Plan Worked Best For You?
I get up at 5 AM and do 30 minutes of interval cardio 3 - 4 days during the
week. I lift heavy weight with 8 - 10 rep range, I also include drop sets
and supersets. I lift 4 days a week. Pre-contest I train with Bev Francis 1
-2 days a week, hitting lagging body parts.
What Supplements Have Given You The Greatest Gains? Beverly International Muscle Provider (low carb protein), Amino acids, liver pills, Muscle Synergy. Why Do You Love Fitness? The discipline and self-motivation that it takes to go in the gym every day, even on days that you don't feel like it. Also the discipline and will power it takes to get ready for a contest. I love the challenge and knowing that not everyone can do it. What Are Your Future Bodybuilding Plans?
I plan to compete in the Jr. Nationals in June, Team Universe in August, and
again in November at the Nationals in Miami.
What One Tip Would You Give Other Fitness Competitors? I hope to inspire others to stay fit and healthy naturally, obtain their own personal goals and concentrate on being their best. Also find a fitness/figure coach in your area to teach you how to walk, tan, pick suits, etc. This is very important! Who Are Your Favorite Fitness Competitors/Bodybuilders? Bev Francis, Lena Johanssen and Timea Majorova.

I have been involved in sports since I was young, and I was no stranger to
the weight room since I'm a former collegiate track & field athlete. I also
competed and was a finalist in various Beauty Pageants such as Miss Long
Island (I won) and Miss New York. I joined Bev Francis Gold's Gym and I saw
a lot of the up and coming IFBB pro fitness competitors there. I was inspired
to compete.
