How Did You Get Started?

I have always been an athlete with great talent, but my downfall was always being that smaller guy with a super fast metabolism! Weight gains for me were very hard to come by, so I went to my local gym and hired a trainer! Wow was that the best thing I ever did, I ended up gaining muscle so fast that my athletic career jumped to a new level.

I really wish I could have kept in touch with my old trainer because I owe most of my success to him. Thanks Kevin, I hope you can see this cause you were a huge factor in my success as a bodybuilder, athlete, and personal trainer!

What Workout Plan Worked Best For You?

I have to admit I am a huge fan of trying new things. I believe your body plateau's super quick and you have to keep the variety every changing. Sticking to single body parts seems to work best for me throughout my lifting career!

  • Mon: Chest
  • Tues: Legs
  • Wed: Off Day
  • Thurs: Back & Traps
  • Fri: Shoulders
  • Sat: Biceps & Triceps

What Nutrition Plan Has Worked Best For You?

To be really honest god gifted me in this category, because I can eat whatever I want and still not put on a pound of bad weight to this day! Now all you people looking at this don't go and follow what I just said, because that doesn't work for everyone!

I still stick to the bodybuilders diet even though I can get away with a lot more then usual. I eat lots of chicken, fish, tuna, steak, turkey burgers, and even ground chuck. Also don't forget your veggies, fruits, carb sources, and water!

What Supplements Have Given You The Greatest Gains?

Food and sleep! Without proper diet and sleep, kiss your gains goodbye! Whey Protein has been a great help to me also.

Why do you love Bodybuilding?

Bodybuilding is "MY TIME" no one can take that away from me! I love the feeling of getting bigger every time I lift. I love the looks I get in the gym. I love the feeling of other people saying "MAN THAT GUY USES" because I am 100% natural and still get accused. Overall, I love the sport and the challenges that come with it everyday!

What Are Your Future Bodybuilding Plans?

I have taken about two years off competing to put on some quality mass! I am ready to step foot back on stage in the new 2004 season, so watch out guys, I'm back.

What One Tip Would You Give Other Bodybuilders?

Don't be afraid to ask questions to more advanced bodybuilders, because they got there for the simple reason of doing the same thing. Don't let your big head get in the way of good info! Also always remember to eat a lot, train hard, and sleep.

Who Are Your Favorite Bodybuilders?

I enjoy all competitors, bodybuilders, fitness, figure, and etc. I also enjoy and look up to my training partner Nicole Wilkins who is absolutely unreal and keeps me motivated and striving for more! (You can also see her soon on Bodybuilding.com, she is an upcoming Fit Competitor Of The Week).

One person I cannot forget though is my ex-training partner Brian P. (Pastie), we built our foundations together and went through hell doing it! I really look up to him also for being so dedicated and a great bodybuilding buddy.
