How Did You Get Started? I started in BB in 1993 because during a swimming class I injured my right knee and then I started lifting weights as a part of my rehabilitation program. Then I started competing and I won the national championship called Mister Peru for 4 times in my country and the overall in 1997. What Workout Plan Worked Best For You?
I like to use free weights and always go heavy, but for my legs I use high reps too.
Day1. Chest and Back
What Supplements Have Given You The Greatest Gains? In the off season I only use some multivitamins. In pre-contest I use creatine, glutamine, amino acids and fat burners. Why do you love Bodybuilding?
It helps me to control my mind and my life. It teaches me to break my records and pass my limits.
What Are Your Future Bodybuilding Plans? Compete in the NPC Nationals and in the world championship representing Peru. What One Tip Would You Give Other Bodybuilders? Always change your training routine and your diet and never let your mind become accustomed to them. Who Are Your Favorite Bodybuilders?
