Our Amateur Bodybuilder of the Week was...
Aubrey Gaines
How Did You Get Started?
What Workout Plan Worked Best For You? My workouts change every six weeks. Four on three off, three on four off. Next six weeks would be two on one off, one on two off. Two bodyparts a day except for legs, their annihilation deserves it's own day.
What Supplements Have Given You The Greatest Gains?
My greatest gains have been achieved with Cell-Tech, Nitro-Tech and a lot
of food!!
Why do you love Bodybuilding? Why do I love bodybuilding? Various things keep me drawn to the sport: the obvious change in physique and physical stature, physical strength, ability and athleticism, and the Type "A" personality/over achiever mentality that is developed with bodybuilding spills over into everyday activities; academic, professional and personal. And you look good in a suit!! What Are Your Future Bodybuilding Plans?
What One Tip Would You Give Other Bodybuilders? One tip: stay dedicated to your short term goals and the long term ones will come with great satisfaction. Who Are Your Favorite Bodybuilders? Favorite bodybuilders: all my workout partners (Chanda Gaines, David Gorrell, Mariam James, David Schreiner). You're only as good as your support, thanks guys!

I started bodybuilding to add size and strength for a more competitive
edge as a martial artist. I quickly became addicted to the changes of
lifestyle and my physique. I was then hooked and everything else was second
or discontinued all together. Actually competing came with much support and
motivation from my wife Chanda and promoter Derek Snelson.

My future bodybuilding plans are to compete in the upcoming Armed Forces
Championships in Virginia. After that take a year off to add some quality
mass to my 6'1" frame and tackle the Emerald Cup in Washington state, from
there who knows.
