Form is very important; I only use weights I can control.
What Nutrition Plan Has Worked Best For You? I am west African so my diet consists of a lot of protein, rice, chicken, beef. I also take daily eggs and bacon for breakfast, chicken and rice for lunch, I really don't know what to say about my diet. It's crazy I eat what I want really. Plus I play soccer once a week.
What Supplements Have Given You The Greatest Gains? I really haven't been taken any supplements, thank God for his gift. Why Do You Love Bodybuilding? Because it gives me peace of mind. It the best thing for me when I am going through problems, it takes my problems away for the moment, lol. Plus the confidence it give is like no other. What Are Your Future Bodybuilding Plans? I did my first show ever on October 4, 2008 in Atlanta, GA. I hope to be the best natural bodybuilder ever. Want to be sponsored and bring something real and natural to this sport.
