How Did You Get Started?

Well back when I was 14 years old in High School I use to see how the athletes were in such great shape, getting attention not only for sports but for having a nice body too. In school I was a push over, people felt the need to pick on me a lot, and part of that was because of my size. So I wanted to do something about it, so my best of friends Spencer M. helped me out. He asked me to come by his house to train one afternoon, so when I got there he and his cousin had already started and had there shirts off, so I join them and was the laughing stock, I was so embarrassed, so I put my shirt back on and proceeded. From that day on I was hooked, looking for all the right answers and all of the knowledge I could acquire. Then finally after years of on and off training I met a couple of good people that helped me out a lot, Allen Crowder, CEO of New Millennium Fitness and Darrly Laws of Unlimited Fitness, with there help I was able to achieve unbelievable goals.

What Workout Plan Worked Best For You?

Well I do 2 on 1 off schedule and also use the Lee Haney system doing 6-8 reps for all heavy movements and 12-15 reps for shaping movements. For example for chest: Bench press and Incline press I'll do 6-8 reps and go heavy and for Flyes and Cable Cross I'll do 12-20 reps all the time.

What Supplements Have Given You The Greatest Gains?

Hydroxycut and Optimum Nutrition's 100% Whey protein.

Why do you love Bodybuilding?

Well like I said earlier I was just hooked from day one. I just love bodybuilding, it's a way of life to me, I feel as though I can't live without it in my life in some way or another. I also enjoy meeting new comers in the field and enjoy helping people in time of need, there nothing like helping another person achieve there goals.

What Are Your Future Bodybuilding Plans?

My plan is to enter the 2002 Elon Classic, the NPA Va. State, and Almanac Bodybuilding Championship. I've got some others in mind but these are in the plans for now.

What One Tip Would You Give Other Bodybuilders?

Just stay focus and be patient, Rome was not build in one day it took time, consistence is another key factor, you have to stick with it and stay strong.

Who Are Your Favorite Bodybuilders?

Arnold, Lee Haney, Shawn Ray, Ronnie Coleman, Flex Wheeler

Contest History

I place 2nd out of 3 at the 2001 Elon Classic, 3rd out of 6 at the 2001 NPA Va. State, and 2nd out of 9 at the 2001 Almanac Bodybuilding Championship.
