How Did You Get Started? When I was 12 a gym opened a gym down the street from where I lived. There was a good trainer who helped me for 4 years. I started as a 110lbs weakling to 175lbs of muscle. From that point i've stayed consistent with my workouts and now weigh 212lbs. Thanks to the good solid advice from my trainers I've managened to keep striving to be my best. It increases my self-esteem while making me
feel better and look better. It also makes you feel like you've
accomplished something, it makes you feel better than the average
person (couch potato). It also teaches you how to push through adversity's.
What Are Your Future Bodybuilding Plans? To win Mr. Alabama in the next 2 or 3 years, then within the next 5 years get my pro card. What One Tip Would You Give Other Bodybuilders? Stay consistent with your workouts, but modify your workout to avoid getting bored. Plus, give your body what foods it needs and the right amount of sleep it needs to support muscle growth. Who Are Your Favorite Bodybuilders? My favorite bodybuilders are those people who are in the gym day in and day out, striving to build the best body that there genetics will allow.
