How Did You Get Started?

I got started 3 years ago when I met a co-worker who was involved in sport aerobics and I thought it looked challenging and fun and something I wanted to do. It gave me a sense of power when I learned new elements.

What Workout Plan Worked Best For You?

My workout has changed a lot in the last few months. I have always enjoyed doing power moves because that is my strength. I had never gone in the weight room to lift. I started 3 months ago training my legs in the weight room to tighten them up and now I'm starting to work my upper body in the weight room as well. I still feel that power moves especially polymeric push-ups will do wonders for strength and power.

What Supplements Have Given You The Greatest Gains?

I don't take a whole lot of supplements. I do protein shakes mixed with water and take Clenbutrx fat burners about 6 weeks out before a show. I really think the Clenbutrx helps. It definitely gives me that extra energy I need.

Why Do You Love Fitness?

I love fitness for too many reasons to name. Mainly because I get to motivate others to become healthier and fit and the better shape I'm in the more motivating it can be. I get such satisfaction from fitness. It's something I can call my own. When you're a mother you tend to lose yourself in your children and fitness gives me that sense of me!

What Are Your Future Bodybuilding Plans?

My future fitness plans are to keep moving on up and learn as much as I can. I try to learn from everyone I meet.

What One Tip Would You Give Other Fitness Competitors?

My tip to other fitness competitors would be to have fun with it and always be friendly to each other. It makes competing more fun when you can laugh and let all your hard work show through.

Who Are Your Favorite Fitness Competitors/Bodybuilders?

I really think there are so many girls that work so hard I could never single one out. I try to learn and take a little bit from all of them. Even the newcomers have something to teach us.
