What Workout Plan Worked Best For You?
My current routine looks like this:
What Nutrition Plan Has Worked Best For You? My nutrition plan for the offseason is lots of clean healthy food and one cheat day a week. I don't count calories in the offseason, just keep it clean and eat lots. My contest diet is my bodyweight multiplied by 12 for the amount of calories I eat a day, my bodyweight multiplied by 1.2 for the amount of protein and my bodyweight multiplied by 0.8 for the amount of carbs. The rest of the calories are from fat and one cheat meal a week. What Supplements Have Given You The Greatest Gains?
Whey Protein has given me the most gains, can't be enough
protein in the diet.
Why do you love Bodybuilding? I love bodybuilding because it is a constant challenge to get better than last time you are always trying to beet yourself and it makes you become the master of your body. What Are Your Future Bodybuilding Plans? My plans for bodybuilding are to get bigger and compete at the national level. What One Tip Would You Give Other Bodybuilders?
