I started noticing the girls in the fitness
magazines and decided that that was how I wanted to look. Once I realized it
was possible to achieve that body type I wanted to begin getting ready for a
contest right away.
What Workout Plan Worked Best For You? Abs three times per week, calves two times per week, all other body parts once per week with chest/bi's together, back/tris together, legs (alone), shoulders (alone) on a 4 day split.
