How Did You Get Started? I started weight training in High School as most do to add mass for football. The passion soon turned to weights instead of the field. You couldn't keep me out of the GYM. I don't miss workouts, not even on Christmas day! What Workout Plan Worked Best For You?
I started with the basic core
exercises based on Arnold's workouts posted in Muscle & Fitness. 4
Exercises per body part, 3 sets per exercise. Keeping reps in the
6-10 range. What Nutrition Plan Has Worked Best For You?
I try to eat very clean year round. Very high protein, 2 grams pr/lb of body weight and
moderate carbs, about 1 gram per lb of body weight. Fat - Very little, no
more than 50 a day. What Supplements Have Given You The Greatest Gains?
The basics! Why do you love Bodybuilding?
Well I can say that I love it, more or
less obsessed with it, addicted maybe. I love the feeling from the
workouts, the looks and admiration from those who understand what is
involved with obtaining a lean body. What Are Your Future Bodybuilding Plans?
Team USA this year and hope
to qualify for nationals. Not looking to turn pro yet, but would like
to make it to the national level. What One Tip Would You Give Other Bodybuilders?
Focus on Diet! Without this, all else is for nothing. You can train your tail off in
the GYM but without the proper diet and supplementation, your results
