VITAL STATS

How Did You Get Started?

When I was 15 I looked at a Musclemag and thought, man, I'd love to be a guy that size, like around 200 lb. So I went to a gym and started training and that's where I met my trainer Winston (ex Mr. Canada) who taught me everything I needed to know.

What Workout Plan Worked Best For You?

Winston helped me a lot with my workout plans and to find one which worked for me and to look after the change which my muscles needed. So pre-competition is 5 to 6 days a week.

3-4 sets per bodypart with 8-15 reps with heavy weights.

Working out 2-3 body parts a day with each body part being worked out once or twice a week.

What Supplements Have Given You The Greatest Gains?

Creatine and protein powder. Creatine increased my overall performance, endurance, recovery rate, strength and body mass.

Why do you love Bodybuilding?

I love it because it's a 24 hour job! I do it for myself to feel good and to have goals that I can aim for and to keep focused on. It sure keeps you in good shape and good health and mentally alert. It relates to my work when I have heavy lifting to do also.

What Are Your Future Bodybuilding Plans?

I want to use my body for my future. I would like to enter contests initially at bantam weight but to move up the class scale. That way I hoped to get noticed for other kinds of work like dancing and fitness modeling.

What One Tip Would You Give Other Bodybuilders?

Train hard and follow your dreams so that they can come true! Diet well with good balance in your meals, especially proteins.

Who Are Your Favorite Bodybuilders?

Lee Priest (I met him!), Arnold Schwarzeneggar, Flex Wheeler, Greg Kovacs (I met him too!), Ronnie Coleman, Kevin Levrone, Tom Prince.
