In the past, I've always used heavy weights but lately I've added plyometrics to my workout routine and I'm seeing results fast!!!
What Nutrition Plan Has Worked Best For You? Lots of protein, consisting from fresh foods that I cook myself. I try to eat every 2-3 hours. I eat most of my high carb meals in the early part of the day and make sure that I go to bed on an empty stomach because calories not being used will be stored as body fat. What Supplements Have Given You The Greatest Gains? Ultrament Protein Shake, Lean Body Protein Bars and Beverly Ultra Size (makes yummy waffles). Why Do You Love Fitness? To be patient, it takes time to add muscle and look like the pros. Also, reward yourself for all the hard work you go through. I like to have a cheat meal every Saturday night to keep myself sane.
