How Did You Get Started? I've worked out basically all my life but the competition training and dieting started after moving to Texas. Texas is a state known for bodybuilding and is one of few states that hold a large number of local shows. I attended a few local shows and decided that it was something I wanted to give a try. What Workout Plan Worked Best For You? I train 4 days on 3 days off. I'll split my training on Mondays and Thursdays.
