I workout five days a week one body part a day. I do between 6-10 exercises for each body part. Taking it to failure is a must. I do cardio only one month before competition, five days a week.
My future plans are to win a first place in an open division, compete in a national and Jr. National show. I intend to do mostly drug-free shows this year. I would like to be a fitness model.
