How Did You Get Started?
What Workout Plan Worked Best For You? The workout plan that works best for me is the pyramid principle. I usually do four sets. But my workouts are all focused on INTENSITY. That is the name of the game. I will not leave the gym until the body part I have been working is completely brutalized. There is no such thing as an "easy" or "light" workout in my vocabulary.
What Supplements Have Given You The Greatest Gains?
Nitro-Tech,
Cell-Tech,
Muscle
Milk, Z-Mass,
and Flax
Seed Oil
Why do you love Bodybuilding? I love bodybuilding because of the healthy lifestyle...the drive, determination and willpower to compete, not necessarily against others, but against myself to push myself to the physical limits, and after 12 weeks of brutal dieting seeing the product of a hard fought transformation from flab to fab. What Are Your Future Bodybuilding Plans? My plans for the future are to compete in the INBF of WNBF once I return to the United States. I plan to take bodybuilding as far as I can and I see no end in sight. I also plan to become a certified personal trainer. What One Tip Would You Give Other Bodybuilders?
One tip I would give other bodybuilders is the set goals,
make a plan and NEVER give up.
Who Are Your Favorite Bodybuilders? My favorite bodybuilders are Flex Wheeler, Melvin Anthony, Troy Alves, and Jay Cutler.

I got started with competitive bodybuilding in 2002 when a
friend of mine complimented my physique and said that I should
try competing. I competed for the first time in November 2002
in Darmstadt, Germany and got hooked! The feeling of being
on that stage and showing everybody your hard work is addictive.
I recently competed in June 2003 in Mildenhall England, and
took first place in the heavyweights at Ultrabodies IV. I
plan on competing again in November at the same place where
I started out. Only this time, I will show them all no mercy!
