How Did You Get Started?
I was big into martial arts and decided to get bigger by lifting weights - I got hooked after a couple months! I then decided to gain weight (all the way to 308lbs)! I started powerlifting at super-heavyweight and was squatting 800, benching 520, and deadlifting 720, all drug free. I then decided to drop all the way down to 220 lbs and start bodybuilding.

After 15 years of jumping back and forth between powerlifting and bodybuilding, losing close to 100 lbs twice a year, I decided to just enjoy being healthy and stopped doing competition.
What Workout Plan Worked Best For You?
I always use the same reps: 6-8 for 8-10 sets, all in 2 exercises per muscle. I never change that! I have used every workout under the sun, but always come back to this one that works. I always use basic strength exercises - "Free Weights," using the latest and greatest movements never does anything for me.
What Nutrition Plan Has Worked Best For You?
My best nutrition plan has been staying to 3 foods - milk, chicken, bagels and multi vitamin. I will use skim milk when dieting and whole milk when gaining.

What Supplements Have Given You The Greatest Gains?
Muscle Milk is the only thing I found that makes visible gains. I find you lose 5 lbs of body fat and gain 2 reps on all exercises. Every time I get the same result. I think when you have a clean diet like I do, you only get minimal gains from supplements. I have seen other people get great gains from supplements, but everyone's body is so different to react.
Why Do You Love Bodybuilding?
The discipline required has changed my life so much! I don't have to think twice about anything I do in life that is hard, I just say, heck, if I can go to the gym everyday, eat at the exact time every day, then what is the big deal about giving 100% to anything else.

I don't have any interested in competition any more, but then again I said that so many times and ended up competing! Great, now I'm thinking about it again.
What One Tip Would You Give Other Bodybuilders?
Drink milk and lots of it! I have been drinking milk my whole career and owe everything I did to it.
Who Are Your Favorite Bodybuilders?
Eddie Robinson - he was a powerlifter before Bodybuilding, If you want a good foundation; you have to get big and strong first.
