How Did You Get Started?
I have trained for about 6 1/2 years but never considered
bodybuilding until last year when my father passed away.
He was a very important role model in my life and he always
wanted me to try bodybuilding. So I have and I love it!! What Workout Plan Worked Best For You?
I try so many different routines. My workout partner
and I always vary our routines to stay motivated and
try something new.
What Supplements Have Given You The Greatest Gains?
I think Amino Acids and the proper amount of protein
(1 - 1 1/2 grams per lb body weight), carbohydrate, and
fat intake has given me the greatest gains. Why do you love Bodybuilding?
It gives me the best sense of accomplishment I have ever
experienced. I can always look in the mirror and see what
I have accomplished. It also makes me desire to be better.
I always try to identify and improve certain weak areas I
have based on feedback from judges at competitions.!
What Are Your Future Bodybuilding Plans?
I plan to continue competing and hopefully enter a national
competition in the next year. I also plan to make this a
regular part of my life and become a motivational trainer
to others. What One Tip Would You Give Other Bodybuilders?
Natural bodybuilding is the only long-term choice for being
fit. Stay away from the "roids" and commit yourself
to diet/nutrition, training, and positive thinking.
