How Did You Get Started? I started weightlifting in high school for sports. Then I started working at a gym and still had no desire to bodybuild. Then a girl asked me to be her partner in the Rocky Mountain NPC show and before I thought about it I said yes. Now I am hooked. What Workout Plan Worked Best For You?
I work every body part once per week except for calves and abs, which I work three times per week. I split my legs up, I do Hams and Calves on Saturday and do Quads on Tuesday.
What Supplements Have Given You The Greatest Gains? Whey Protein has helped me put on the most size. I also use Creatine, ZMA, Glutamine and Hydroxycut when I am cutting. Why do you love Bodybuilding? I love bodybuilding because it helps me to release pent up stress and it helps me cope with life a little better. If I miss a day at the gym I feel like crap, like I cheated myself. What Are Your Future Bodybuilding Plans? I have only done one contest, but I think I am hooked. I plan on doing at least two contests a year to stay in shape. I will probably stay on the local scene and just compete in Colorado. What One Tip Would You Give Other Bodybuilders? Stay focused and train hard, and remember it won't happen overnight. Remember, winners never quit and quitters never win! Who Are Your Favorite Bodybuilders? Dorian Yates and Arnold and Zane.
