How Did You Get Started? I began lifting weights for sports when I was in high school. I soon joined a gym and the bodybuilding bug bit me. Ouch! What Workout Plan Worked Best For You? I have tried many routines... The best for me has been 3 days heavy, using low reps followed by three days light, using higher reps. 1st-4th day: Chest/Back,2nd-5th day: Shoulder/Arms: 3rd/6th day: Legs and the 7th day for is rest. I take 1 week "vacations" from weight training every 3 months.
What Supplements Have Given You The Greatest Gains? I use basic vitamins and protein powder when training for competitions. Why do you love Bodybuilding?
Bodybuilding has given me a better understanding of how complex the human body is. If you take care of your body it will give you years of enjoyment. Mentally and physically!
What Are Your Future Bodybuilding Plans? I plan to continue training and prepare myself for future competitions. What One Tip Would You Give Other Bodybuilders? Don't let your ego swell up bigger than your head!
