How Did You Get Started? I began lifting to be bigger in size. I started serious lifting at the age of 17. I had a cousin and a friend who had been lifting for a few years and they helped me get started. After three months of lifting I fell in love with the sport of bodybuilding. I lift heavy year round but also listen to my body and lighten up when needed. What Nutrition Plan Has Worked Best For You? I really don't have a Nutrition Plan. I eat whatever I can and try to put in extra protein and carbs.What Supplements Have Given You The Greatest Gains? I do use Mega Mass 2000. I use it because it has a good amount of carbs. It's a quick way to get what I need when time is an issue. Why Do You Love Bodybuilding? I just like living the bodybuilding lifestyle. It gives focus, dedication which can be used in other parts of your life. I like that it is an individual sport. What Are Your Future Bodybuilding Plans? My future Bodybuilding plans are to continue to compete and to eventually make it to the National Level. What One Tip Would You Give Other Bodybuilders? It takes time and dedication. Also what works for someone else may not work for you!
