I weighed around 340 pounds and worked my way down to about 180, then slowly started building myself back up. I hooked up with my trainer, Jeremy Minihan, and he gave me a real reality check and I took what he said and got to work.

Why do you love Bodybuilding?
It's a real art form to showcase the hard work some of us do in the gym. I love every set and every rep I do. You have to have a real appreciation of the sport to want to do that much to your body.

Shooting for my Pro card is my short term goal and competing in the Olympia is my long term goal.
What One Tip Would You Give Other Bodybuilders?
Stay with it, It takes time and hard work and there is nothing you won't love about yourself when you reach your goal. Keep being your worst critic as it really helps for the extra motivation.
