How Did You Get Started? I was a high school athlete and started weight training then. What Workout Plan Worked Best For You?
I always train with heavy weights and go to failure. I try to use a 6-12 rep range. I do not do a lot of sets, but train as intensely as possible.
What Nutrition Plan Has Worked Best For You? I always keep my protein intake up very high, eat moderate carbs, and low fat. What Supplements Have Given You The Greatest Gains? I think the additional protein intake provided by MRP's and whey protein have been the most beneficial. Why do you love Bodybuilding? It gives me a chance to be the best that I can be. What Are Your Future Bodybuilding Plans?
I want to continue to improve and be as successful as possible. I would like to continue fitness modeling along with my bodybuilding.
What One Tip Would You Give Other Bodybuilders? Always train hard and heavy at the same time be very careful not to overtrain. Who Are Your Favorite Bodybuilders? I admire anyone who participates in this sport.
