How Did You Get Started? I got started as a teenager because I just liked the way the body could look, and I wanted to look muscular. As for competing, I always liked a challenge , and competing seemed to me to be a big challenge. What Workout Plan Worked Best For You?
I like the 5 day workout plan: I have no set workout plan for each day, however I vary EVERYTHING INCLUDING EVERY EXERCISE every time I go into the gym so my muscles don't get used to the same thing. My weight training sessions are never more than 45 minutes including a few sets of ab work. What Nutrition Plan Has Worked Best For You?
I eat clean good quality protein from various sources like tuna,93% lean meat, chicken breasts(skinless),whey protein, low fat cottage cheese, egg whites. Carbohydrates come from oatmeal, sprouted bread and potatoes (yams and regular): What Supplements Have Given You The Greatest Gains?

Well, I plan to compete every year doing 2-3 contests. Maybe next year do the WNBF Mr. Exercise Model Search, but right now I am competing on Sept. 23 in the Mount Laurel NJ 5th annual South Jersey. I have competed in 21 contests my first place finishes are: I have placed in the top 5 in many other shows but these are my first place finishes. I train at Fit For Life Fitness Center in Cranford , New Jersey and am a Certified personal fitness trainer by NESTA. What One Tip Would You Give Other Bodybuilders? I would say, BE CONSISTENT! If you train consistently and eat clean most of the time, over years you will have to progress, but taking off a week here and there or sitting out a month will set you back, The whole thing just takes time so don't miss workouts. Who Are Your Favorite Bodybuilders?
My favorite bodybuilders were Frank Zane, Sergio Oliva and Lee Labrada. They all had unbelievable physiques. As for today's bodybuilders, I like Melvin Anthony, he has symmetry like the old school guys and I also like Vince Taylor.
