In preparing for most of my competitions, I follow a high protein diet (chicken and fish) and include only complex carbs such as oatmeal, brown rice and sweet potatoes. Water is also a key ingredient, and I try to drink at least 1.5 gallons a day. What Supplements Have Given You The Greatest Gains?
