How Did You Get Started?
I started weight training in 1999, after giving birth to my second
daughter and having made up my mind about no more pregnancies, tired
of struggling with excess body fat and unsuccessful weight loss diets,
I decided to enter a bodybuilding show to force myself into the
weight training room, this was the best decision I ever made about
fitness. My first show was in 2000 (INBF Tournament of Champions, June

Training one body part once a week.
