How Did You Get Started?

I began lifting weights for football and rugby to increase my advantage over the other athletes. I was 15 at the time and not many trained but I was fortunate to be helped by older brothers who have been lifting for years. Once I started I was hooked and fell in love with the sport.

What Workout Plan Worked Best For You?

  • Mon: Chest
  • Tue: Quads
  • Wed: Off
  • Thu: Delts
  • Fri: Hams/Traps
  • Sat: Bis/Tris
  • Sun: Off

My basic workout plan is a five-day split where I take 2 days off a week depending on where I feel like. I train heavy all year whether off season or on season I find I get my best results and keep most mass that way. With heavy weights people often sacrifice form but I keep my form strict to ensure maximum results.

What Nutrition Plan Has Worked Best For You?

I don't like to get fancy with eating I basically eat 4-5 solid meals and 2-3 shakes as well. This brings my protein to 300-400 everyday and 500 carbs roughly. My protein comes from tuna/chicken/red meat/eggs/whey and carbs from whole wheat/oats/potatoes and rice. My main concern is to not miss meals and anyone that knows me can tell you the same. People often underestimate the importance of nutrition and therefore don’t get the results.

What Supplements Have Given You The Greatest Gains?

My best gains would be from a consistent use of Whey Protein and Glutamine. Along with proper nutrition these supplements can give you extra aid in muscle building.

Why do you love Bodybuilding?

My love for this sport comes from the main reason that it is the most challenging thing one can do in their life. It requires mental and physical focus all the time everyday all year. Some say the rewards are not enough but for me I love to see my body change due to hard work and watch myself excel in the sport.

What Are Your Future Bodybuilding Plans?

I plan to achieve pro status with the IFBB and hopefully excel in the ranks of the pros. I feel I have the potential and dedication to get to that stage.

What One Tip Would You Give Other Bodybuilders?

I would say to give your self time to grow and achieve your goals. Bodybuilding is demanding and takes time and there are no secrets just hard work.

Who Are Your Favorite Bodybuilders?

Kevin Levrone is my all time favorite and recently Darrem Charles for his pleasant physique and good attitude. There are many others but I was always a Kevin fan and felt he could have been Mr. sometime.
