How Did You Get Started? My interest in bodybuilding began after my children were born. I gained 68 lbs after my twin boys were born, I weighed 218 lbs. I so desperately needed to lose my weight. I tried everthing, but failed. I decided to make a goal for myself and stick to it! One day I was browsing through a fitness magazine, admiring the bodybuilding physiques so I decided that would be my incentive!! And here I am today. What Workout Plan Worked Best For You? The best plan that works for me due to my hectic schedule is as follow: Mon, Chest, Tues: Legs, Wed: Back, Thurs: Hams, Calves, Abs, Fri: Shoulders & Arms. I do cardio at least 4 times a week for 30 mins.
What Supplements Have Given You The Greatest Gains? I feel the best supplements that work well for me are Ultrament shakes from Chamption Nutrition and the Prolab Glutamine Powder. Why do you love Bodybuilding?
