I work with a local nutritionist here in the Dallas area; "Amy Peters". I actually eat all kinds of foods, foods that I love so I don't get tired of what I am eating and it doesn't feel like I am on a diet. Pre-contest last year I was eating pizza "yes pizza" and 2 reduced fat Oreo cookies every 4th day in my training, up until two weeks out from my last show and I was the leanest that I have ever been! What Supplements Have Given You The Greatest Gains? L-glutamine and creatine. Why Do You Love Fitness? Fitness helps me stay healthy, I have a lot of health problems that are hereditary, and I am determined that I will not succumb to these health problems that a lot of my family members face. I also love fitness because being fit makes me feel good about myself. What Are Your Future Bodybuilding Plans?
