How Did You Get Started?
Well, I've always been shorter and smaller than everyone else so I set out to
prove that even the smallest person could be strong and in shape. I started
training serious for wrestling season my freshman year of high school. I've been addicted ever since. What Workout Plan Worked Best For You?
What Nutrition Plan Has Worked Best For You?
I try to get enough protein to feed my muscles so I eat a lot of lean meats
and protein shakes. I try to get 1.5 grams of protein per lb of body weight. What Supplements Have Given You The Greatest Gains? Whey Protein and Hydroxycut have definately shown a lot of improvements in my training. Whey Protein has really helped me put on mass and the Hydroxycut is key for burning fat. Why do you love Bodybuilding?
I love the challenges and the results it gives you. I could blow hours of
time bodybuilding because it takes me to another place with no distractions
and really teaches me the importance of focus.
What Are Your Future Bodybuilding Plans?
What One Tip Would You Give Other Bodybuilders? You only get out what you put in! So train hard and stay focused on your goals and you can achieve whatever you want. Who Are Your Favorite Bodybuilders? For old school bodybuilders I would have to say Arnold and Franco, but Lee Priest and Gunter for the newer bodybuilders.
