How Did You Get Started?
What Workout Plan Worked Best For You? To sum up that question I will say that any specific routine that I respond positively to must be lower volume, high intensity and infrequent days of training.
What Supplements Have Given You The Greatest Gains?
I will say from day one I started with the old chewable aminos after my workout then they came out with shakes that were ok tasting so I started on those. My point being I have always been taking protein and I feel for me that is the single best supplement for me. As most guys I have a hard enough time eating all my protein from food every day. Next I would say creatine has been very good to me, I couldn't believe the strength increases I got when I first tried it.
Why do you love Bodybuilding?
I love the fact that it is all up to you, and most people can't fathom what it takes. I love the fact the doing shows keeps me focused on my training and helps me stay motivated.
What Are Your Future Bodybuilding Plans? That depends on how much improvement I can achieve this year. I ultimately want to do the Jr's, but at 6'3", I have to put on about 20 more pounds, so I have a lot of eating to do. What One Tip Would You Give Other Bodybuilders? Constantly experiment with your diet, training and supplementation to find better ways to further your progress. Educate yourself to make more intelligent choices about those experiments, not just what your buddy says or you read in Men's Fitness. Who Are Your Favorite Bodybuilders?
Of course Arnold and the old crew helped inspire me when I was a kid. I have had the opportunity to me a lot of pro's and of those I will say that Vince Taylor, Jay Cutler, Lee Haney, and Gunter have been some of the most personable, considerate, and nicest guys out there and all have incredible physiques.

I began lifting in Jr.High for sports and just fell in love with the whole thing. My first contest was the 1992 Mr. Wyoming. I was in the teen division and got beat badly by Eric Frome, that really inspired me to stick with it, I got the bug.
