What Workout Plan Worked Best For You? I train using AST's MaxOT program which is based on heavy weight, low reps, or overloading the muscle. This type of program forces your muscle to respond and grow. I train each body part once per week, but depending on the routine, may add in a second training session of abs.
What Supplements Have Given You The Greatest Gains?
I exclusively use AST Sports Science high quality
products. The key to my gains has been their NyTro Pro

protein, protein, protein!! I also use their Glutamine
GL3, Dymetadrine Xtreme and CLA for recovery, energy

I am currently training for 3 shows in 2003. The first
being the Contra Costa and CAL shows in California and
then the Team Universe this summer. I really want to
encourage other women who want to compete to take the
challenge and go for it! I'm here to give any advice
or help that I can.
What One Tip Would You Give Other Fitness Competitors? Consistency is key! Pick a program and stick to it. Define what you want out of your training, set goals, and take the steps to achieve them. It all starts with figuring out what YOU want and consistently working to achieve it!! Who Are Your Favorite Fitness Competitors/Bodybuilders? I have learned a ton from Skip La Cour (www.skiplacour.com) and totally admire everything he stands for in bodybuilding. He is by far one of the most motivating and hard-working bodybuilders out there! I've also learned a lot from Jenny Lynn (www.fitnessbyJennyLynn.com) who has one of the best physiques out there!

I began weight training
several years ago and decided to take it to the next
level and train for a competition. I began training
for the show in January 2002, won the show in
September 2002, and here I am!
