How Did You Get Started?
I began weight training when I was 15, about that same time I picked up my first fitness magazine. I was hooked. Since then I had always dreamed of competing. Last year, I saw an ad for the Ms. Bikini Universe pageant and Fitness Model Universe Pageant in Oxygen Magazine. It was only eight weeks away, but I decided to go for it.
I put my heart and soul into my training and diet for those eight weeks. I went into it with no expectations, just proud that I could be there and stand on stage with all these fit beautiful women. To my complete surprise, I came in 5th place for both competitions! Being on that stage was so exhilarating, I know I will compete for many years to come. What Workout Plan Worked Best For You?
Right now I am in training for the WNSO Fame Worlds, so my cardio is up higher than in off-season. On season the only cardio I do is recumbent bike with high tension to thin out my legs and walking on treadmill on an incline.
Here is my current schedule:
Tuesday: 30 minutes cardio on empty stomach
Wednesday: 1 hour cardio
Thursday: 30 minutes cardio on empty stomach
Friday: 1 hour cardio
Saturday: 1 hour cardio
Sunday: rest
What Nutrition Plan Has Worked Best For You?

I also drink 1 gallon of water a day. What Supplements Have Given You The Greatest Gains? I can tell a huge difference in muscle gain when I take branched chain amino acids and L-glutamine after my workouts. I also take Amino 2222, 2 capsules 3 times a day. Why Do You Love Fitness?
Fitness takes hard work, dedication, and passion. If you don't have all these things, you will not be successful in it. It takes the will to say "no I'm not going to go out to eat", there are many sacrifices, but it is worth every one. There is no better feeling than having your body the best it can be.
To know that what you worked for really did pay off and you feel as if you can accomplish anything. I also love the feeling I have after I get in a good workout. It gives me a renewed sense of energy and strength. What Are Your Future Bodybuilding Plans?
This year I will be competing in the Fitness Model division at Fame world in Toronto. I am also planning on competing at the Ms. Bikini Universe pageant again and Ms. Bikini America pageant in the fall. I also want to start training to enter fitness competitions. I am already trying to think up a theme for a routine. My biggest goal is to become a recognized fitness personality. I have always dreamed of being in my favorite fitness magazines. I would also love to be sponsored by a supplement company.
What One Tip Would You Give Other Fitness Competitors? Because of this I was prepared to compete. At the show, you will already be stressed enough, you don't need to get there and realize you are not prepared. Also, go there to show off your hard work and have fun. Have no expectations and you won't be disappointed. I went into my first show not caring whether I came in first or last. I just knew that I had worked so hard, I deserved to be up there with all those other girls. That way, if you do place respectively, it will be that much sweeter. Who Are Your Favorite Fitness Competitors/Bodybuilders?
Of course Monica Brant, I also think Jenny Lynn's body is amazing.
I also admire Allison Either, Wendi West, and Katie Uter. They are femininely fit and beautiful. Fitness models that I look up to are Rachel Moore and Brandy Flores. They are both classy and successful.
