How Did You Get Started? I started training when I was about 16, just as something different to do. I do not count these 2 first years as I did not train too much or very seriously. When I graduated from high school, I started to train more seriously and did my first contest at 19. I won the overall Junior title. I was then hooked. What Workout Plan Worked Best For You?
What Nutrition Plan Has Worked Best For You?
After dieting for almost 6 months, I need some time to eat and put some size. Although I am not getting ready for a show, I am still very strict on my diet. Here is an example day of my meals below. My schedule is great for getting in my 6 meals, I workout after work at around 5:00pm for 2-3 hours. I then will go home, eat then do some cardio before bed. I have just recently changed this, I used to do my cardio right after my workout. I like this better because now I can sit in front of my TV and bike, much more comfortable environment.
Meal 1 => 5:45am What Supplements Have Given You The Greatest Gains? I would have to say Creatine and L-Glutamine. MuscleTech's Cell-Tech is pretty good, although way too expensive. I also like Hydroxycut. With this being said, you should also include multivitamins to your daily diet. Why do you love Bodybuilding? Bodybuilding gives me great satisfaction and a feeling of accomplishment. A lot of people misinterpret bodybuilding to be a sport filled with ROID's. Not all bodybuilder's take roid's, but I must confess their are a lot that do. Bodybuilding has thought me that you can do anything you put your mind to, you just have to want it bad enough. Getting ready for a bodybuilding show is something that is not meant for everyone. It requires a tremendous amount of willpower and dedication. What Are Your Future Bodybuilding Plans?
What One Tip Would You Give Other Bodybuilders? Stick to your diet and train hard & heavy. Intensity is very important! Don't rely on supplements to make miracles, take them as they are, supplements! There is a lot of information out there, find what works for you and stick to it.

I am doing a 3 on 1 off 2 on 1 off, I have been doing this for years with great results. I am now trying to up the intensity and promote some new growth. So far so good, my workouts have been unbelievable! Bodybuilding is more than just training, it is a complete science of it's own. I strongly believe that the diet is the key to a successful bodybuilder. He who can put up with the repetitiveness of eating the same thing day in and day out will be successful in bodybuilding.
Meal 3 => 12:00pm
I plan on doing another show this year, most likely in October. There was another show on June 1st, but I decided to pass. I dieted for almost 6 months for my last show, therefore I need a break to put on some more size. In my latest win, this was the smallest I have ever been, but I was ripped and that is what I wanted to do. I know now what it takes to get the extra definition you need to win an overall title.
