How Did You Get Started? I was tired of being the little guy. What Workout Plan Worked Best For You? I train four days a week, starting with chest and triceps to failure on Wednesdays. On Friday I do back and biceps and on Saturdays it's legs, quads, and hamstrings. And on Sundays it's calves and shoulders. My routine varies all the time and I use most of the exercises from the pros at bodybuilding.com.
What Nutrition Plan Has Worked Best For You? I eat 1/2 grams of protein per my body weight, 200 grams of carbs and roughly about 7000 calories. I'm in a bulking phase to gain some more size as well as mass. Then my diet will change.
What Supplements Have Given You The Greatest Gains? ESCalation for my mental focus, energy, and clarity. Musclemilk for weight and size (and because it's so damn good), and also I like NO-Xplode. Why Do You Love Bodybuilding? Because it's all about me, and I don't have to depend on anyone else to get my results. What Are Your Future Bodybuilding Plans? To stay in shape, do a competition in the near future, and try to advance my company. What One Tip Would You Give Other Bodybuilders? Don't cheat, use the basics.
