How Did You Get Started?
I was a gymnast when I was younger and then
went on to cheer competitively in high school. After high school I
went on to cheer at Oklahoma State University throughout my college
career where I was captain of the squad.
After I was done with school
I still needed something to satisfy my competitive attitude and also
something to keep me from just sitting around eating cookies all day so
fitness seemed like a good fit. It is hard but I love the results.
What Workout Plan Worked Best For You?
We own a personal training studio in Tulsa (Finer Physiques of Tulsa) so fitting in my workouts is pretty convenient. My fiance is a competitive bodybuilder and I am pretty
small (it is hard for me to put on a lot of muscle) so I have been
doing more of a body builder's workout to try and put some quality muscle.

I work with a great
nutritionist who not only keeps me sane but gives me a diet that gets
me competition ready while giving me options so I feel human while dieting!

What Supplements Have Given You The Greatest Gains?
I take multivitamin, glutamine, glucosamine, Z-Mass, methoxy, and calcium. I believe
that all of these in conjunction with a healthy diet and smart workout plan have helped my body to stay strong through all the torture I put it through!
Why Do You Love Fitness?
I love fitness because not everyone can do it!
I know the hard work that has to be put into getting ready to compete
in fitness and the patience you have, the drive, and the talent, and
anyone who can stick with it through all the tough times deserves respect!
What Are Your Future Fitness Plans?
I will continue to compete until
this body gives out! Of course the ultimate goal is a pro card but on
top of that I look at these women that are in their 40's doing this
sport and are kicking butt at it. I just hope that I am still able
to do it when 10 and 15 years have past!
