What Workout Plan Worked Best For You? I have made the most gains working with my current trainer, who's workout plan consists of a weight training program that includes plyometrics and a cardio program that includes jogging, sprinting and incorporates various pieces of cardio equipment (i.e., treadmill, elliptical stepper, recumbent bike, etc.).
What Supplements Have Given You The Greatest Gains?
Why Do You Love Fitness? I love fitness because I can continually challenge myself to continue to be more athletic and healthier. What Are Your Future Bodybuilding Plans? For the moment, I plan to continue to compete in Fitness and Figure competitions. I hope to one day be in a position where I could reach a broader audience and encourage or inspire people to pay closer attention to their nutritional habits and to get up off the coach and lead healthier lives. What One Tip Would You Give Other Fitness Competitors?
I always advise competitors to compete only against themselves. For every competition, set a goal and do everything within your power to stay focused and strive for that goal. On the day of the competition, if you have reached that goal, you are a winner even before you step on that stage.
