How Did You Get Started?

I started working out in college training to keep off those freshmen 15. I joined a local gym where I made friends with a girl who did a fitness show. I knew it was something I wanted to do some day. I was working at GNC and my manager was a trainer and encouraged me to do one and that he would help me out. I did two shows that year. I then moved away for 4 months back up north. When I came back I came to a new gym where I met my current trainer Chris Eaddy. With his help I have 5 more shows and improved a lot!

What Workout Plan Worked Best For You?

  • Monday: Chest and Biceps
  • Tuesday: Shoulders and Triceps
  • Wednesday: Quads
  • Thursday: Back
  • Friday: Off Cardio
  • Saturday: Hamstrings and Glutes
  • Sunday: Off
I always do 30-45 mins after I weight train or first thing in the morning.

What Nutrition Plan Has Worked Best For You?

I try to eat somewhat clean without driving myself insane. It also varies depending on if I am competing soon or not, I will eat more or less carbs.

  • Meal 1: Egg Whites and Oatmeal
  • Meal 2: Low Carb Bar (Sometimes With a Banana in Offseason)
  • Meal 3: Chicken and Rice
  • Meal 4: Two Protein Shakes
  • Meal 5: Lean Ground Beef and Salad

What Supplements Have Given You The Greatest Gains?

Trac Creatine and my MHP.

Why Do You Love Fitness?

I love fitness because it makes me feel better about myself. I have more energy and confidence. It also is a hobby that anyone can be encouraged to get involved in since it has so many great benefits...such as being healthy!

What Are Your Future Bodybuilding Plans?

I plan on competing in the NPC Ironman Figure show and some National level shows next year and hope to place in the top 5!

What One Tip Would You Give Other Fitness Competitors?

Work hard and enjoy yourself. Competing is hard work. Pay attention to all the details from the diet to the cardio to your suits and makeup. Remember to have a good time!

Who Are Your Favorite Fitness Competitors/Bodybuilders?

I like Stacy Hylton and Darrem Charles. Stacy works so hard even when she has not had the best training conditions. Darrem Charles just has awesome lines and symmetry.
