I also do abs 3 times a week with Saturday and Sunday off. What Nutrition Plan Has Worked Best For You? I eat six times a day. I consume lean beef, chicken breast, tuna and egg whites. I also eat clean carbs like oatmeal, yams, and vegetables What Supplements Have Given You The Greatest Gains? I get the best gains when I use Protein, Amino Acids, Creatine, and Meal Replacement Shakes. Why do you love Bodybuilding?
I love bodybuilding because I like the way it makes me look and feel. What Are Your Future Bodybuilding Plans? To compete in a national show and to do some fitness modeling.
