How Did You Get Started? At 45 a Cardiologist advised me that although I was a skinny 145 pound man, my high blood pressure was putting me at risk. He recommended to me a three time a week cardio schedule. Of course I took his advice to the extreme- seven days a week. During this time I met several people at the gym one of which was a personal trainer. He suggested that I meet him and his buddies for a weight training session. It was love at FIRST PUMP. What Workout Plan Worked Best For You? It is important to vary your workout, Muscle need confusion to grow. I focus on 1 muscle group per day. When it's back its balls to the wall (big back). What Nutrition Plan Has Worked Best For You? I tried many different diets, but never achieved the cut without loosing significant size. Then, now my wife, introduced me to GREG LONG. My dream is to enter the Masters National in Pittsburgh in 2008. Just to be on stage with a group of highly competitive men over 40-50 will be extremely satisfying.
