Our Over 40 Bodybuilder of the Week was...
Matt Grzeskowiak
How Did You Get Started? Like every young guy I started training to better my physique, to keep healthy, and to impress the girls. I started weight training at just 13 years old - I was a Poland Junior Champion in my teens. I have kept with the lifestyle since those days - but retired from competition to learn martial arts in my twenties. I returned to competitive bodybuilding in my 40's and now I am a Master's Champion, just as I was as a Junior. View My BodySpace Profile: bodyspace.bodybuilding.com/polishprince What Workout Plan Worked Best For You? I train one body part a day - 5 days a week. My Ab/core program is completed 2x/week.

I am consistently achieving goals, and I look forward to training everyday. It keeps me young! What Are Your Future Bodybuilding Plans? There is no magic solution - train hard, train consistently, eat for fuel, and sleep to grow. And take your days off - overtraining isn't going to make you bigger or better.
