How Did You Get Started?
I started working out about three years ago, and I became a little more serious in the gym when I realized I wanted to compete in the fitness competition after I first went and saw a local NPC bodybuilding and fitness show. I decided I was gonna go for it when I graduated from college last December. I entered my first competition in FAME SWII in April 2006 and I was advanced to compete at the pro qualifier level.

I eat 5-6 times a day at every 2-3 hrs.
Eggs whites and oatmeal in the morning and 1/2 grape fruit, and at least 30g of protein and some carbs and some veggies for the rest of the three meals, and 2 meals of protein shake.
I sometimes tend to substitute with protein bars from Pure Protein every once in a while for a shake if I'm more than 6 weeks out from the competition.
What Supplements Have Given You The Greatest Gains?
The supplement that has helped me the most would be ON Whey Protein Isolate, ISOPURE, and L-Glutamine!
Why Do You Love Fitness?
Fitness is part of my daily routine. I love it not only because it enhances the physical appearance, but also because it makes me a stronger person both mentally and physically.
What Are Your Future Fitness Plans?
I am currently training toward my second competition, where I will be competing in the figure category at the NPC Red River.
I also would like to keep competing and earn my pro card soon in the near future and to be well known in the fitness industry.
