How Did You Get Started?
A trainer at my gym approached me and asked me if I had thought about competing. That's what planted the seed because 3 weeks later I started training seriously for my first competition, and placed 2nd.
What Workout Plan Worked Best For You? I train one body part at a time, alternating calves and abs. 2days on, 1 off, 3days on, 1 off. Pre-contest time I add 2 sessions of cardio.
What Nutrition Plan Has Worked Best For You? I pretty much eat clean all year round, every 3 hrs, and drink tons of water or crystal light.
What Supplements Have Given You The Greatest Gains? I can't say one in particular, just a combination of eating right and working out hard. Why Do You Love Fitness? I love fitness, I have to say because it is the one thing I have complete control over and there isn't a better feeling than getting up on stage and showing off what you worked so hard for. What Are Your Future Fitness Plans? My future fitness plans are to compete in figure level 2 in Kingston, Ontario in October. What One Tip Would You Give Other Fitness Competitors? If you set your mind to it, anything is possible. Who Are Your Favorite Fitness Competitors/Bodybuilders?
