How Did You Get Started? I wanted to be the man and wanted everyone to look at me because I was bigger and stronger than they were. What Workout Plan Worked Best For You?
The best work out plan for me was five days hard in a row then take Saturday and Sunday off to rest. During my hard work outs I made sure I got three days of cardio at about 30 minutes each time. I also only work each body once a week except chest. I work my chest twice a week.
What Nutrition Plan Has Worked Best For You?
I really try to eat seven meals a day but that is kind of hard. I usually eat eggs, bagels and oatmeal for breakfast. For lunch I will eat two chicken breast and some vegetables. About two hours later I eat more chicken and veggies.
Before a workout I will take two scoops of protein and eat a bagel with peanut butter (after workout and the same before a workout). For dinner I will eat steak and a baked potato. Also you cannot forget the two gallons of water a day, that makes a big difference. Before bed I drink 30 grams of skim milk. What Supplements Have Given You The Greatest Gains?
The best product would have to be NO2 which has been great for me. I have used it twice and gained 12 pounds in two months.
Also whey protein has been a big part of my workouts. It has helped tremendously by giving my body the right amount of protein I need daily.
Why do you love Bodybuilding?
I love bodybuilding more than anyone. I love going to the gym and working out so I can get huge and become the next Jay Cutler. I get butterfly's thinking about going to the gym. I love all the hard work and effort that is put into the workout and cannot forget the time that is put into it.
Looking good and becoming stronger than most people around you is a great feeling and when you start to get compliments from others that will stride you more to love bodybuilding. What Are Your Future Bodybuilding Plans?
My future bodybuilding plans are to become the biggest man on the planet. I want to be the man and I will become that. I am motivated and I love to body build.
What One Tip Would You Give Other Bodybuilders?
Stay into it and keep working hard. Your body will grow and that will stride you to become bigger and bigger. Eat right, eat a lot, and get into it for real, don't be a joke, be the man and get bigger than everyone you know. Good luck to all you bodybuilders out there!
