Each body part once per week, with heavy weight and mid rep range (8-12). What Nutrition Plan Has Worked Best For You? A clean diet of 7-9 meals per day with 2 gallons of water per day year round. Intake is 350 g protein, 500 g carbs, 80-100 g fat per day. What Supplements Have Given You The Greatest Gains? Because I believe when your body is "built" meaning muscular and lean it is something amazing to look at! I like the way Frank Zane said being a bodybuilder is almost God-like in the way you can change the way our bodies were created to look. I also love bodybuilding because it is NOT a team sport, no one can bring you down and the bottom line is "it's all on you!" no one can or will do it for you. What Are Your Future Bodybuilding Plans?
I am competing in my first national level show this year in Chicago - 2007 NPC Junior Nationals. Also to win the Mr. Indiana Overall title where I have won my class the last two years in a row. In my mind the Overall Mr. Indiana title is my "Mr. Olympia," but most of all I just want to make my kids proud of their Dad (I want them to think "I'm the MAN!") What One Tip Would You Give Other Bodybuilders? SHRUG OFF THE HATERS!! They are just jealous of what you have accomplished! Also eat good quality clean foods and be consistent with your diet and training. Who Are Your Favorite Bodybuilders?
Of course the past 3 Mr. Olympia's: Lee Haney, Dorian Yates, and Ronnie Coleman. But besides them Kevin Levrone and Melvin Anthony.
