How Did You Get Started?
I have always gone to the gym and been fit and healthy, but it wasn’t until 2002 that I began to train seriously with weights. I entered my first competition in 2003 and won the WNSO-ANB National Figure Championships. I was thrilled and also hooked! Since then I have won the NPFC/IFBB NSW Championships 2003, placed second in the NPFC/IFBB Nationals 2003 and in 2004 was the NPFC/IFBB Runner Up Ms Figure Australasia.
What Workout Plan Worked Best For You?
I train 5 days a week including weights and cardio. I change my program every 4-6 weeks. I train 1-2 body parts a day.
What Nutrition Plan Has Worked Best For You?
I tend to eat a lot of Protein and little carbohydrates. I don’t eat carbohydrates after 4pm and always have a Protein Shake morning and after training.What Supplements Have Given You The Greatest Gains?

What Are Your Future Fitness Plans?
I am currently training hard for the NPFC/IFBB Nationals in 2005. I hope to represent Australia Internationally in the future. I recently did a photo shoot for Muscle and Fitness Magazine Australia; look out for the April issue 2005.
