How Did You Get Started?
I have always been a gym rat! I just love the rush weight training gives me. I pretty much live at the gym. From then on, bodybuilding became a passion and I couldn't imagine life without it! What Workout Plan Worked Best For You?
I train 7 days a week with great emphasis on my legs, shoulders, and back. I train them twice a week. I do abs 3-4 times per week, and depending on how close I am to a show, I will do cardio 5-7 times per week. I am a high-volume trainer; therefore, I do at least 3 sets of each exercise with a minimum of 20 repetitions. My training split is as follows: What Nutrition Plan Has Worked Best For You?

I love bodybuilding because I feel great about myself when I train. Other people see me training and become encouraged to start working out. To be honest, I find working out to be a great way to pass the time instead of drinking and partying all the time. It's a hobby. It's my life. What Are Your Future Bodybuilding Plans?
I absolutely love competing! I plan on entering as many shows as my body can handle. I love to help other people with their fitness goals; I create meal plans and workout regiments for tons of people. I love anything and everything to do with fitness! What One Tip Would You Give Other Fitness Competitors?
Patience. Rome wasn't built in a day! Just take your time and always remember, technique! Without proper technique, then you will not get the results you want. If you plan on competing, than DO NOT cheat on your diet! There's a lot of dedication and commitment to competing, and unless you are serious about it and don't mind on spending a lot of money (competing is very pricey!), then competing is not for you! Who Are Your Favorite Fitness Competitors/Bodybuilders?
Arnold Schwarzenegger, Ronnie Coleman, and Frank Zane.
