What Workout Plan Worked Best For You? I train each body part once per week, except abs and calves which I train twice per week. Cardio started out at 35 minutes four times per week but as the competition become closer the cardio increased. The last four weeks before my first competition I was doing cardio 55 minutes 2 times per week at high intensity. What Nutrition Plan Has Worked Best For You? I try to keep my diet at 50% protein, 35% carbs, and 15% fat. I eat a very clean diet & drink about a gallon of water per day. I avoid fruit, dairy and processed foods. What Supplements Have Given You The Greatest Gains? I use VPX Zero Carb Protein, Glutamine, BCAA, Methoxy, Ecdysterone and Smart Blend. Why Do You Love Fitness? I love the way it feels to be in shape! What Are Your Future Bodybuilding Plans? I want to add another 3 -4 pounds of muscle and compete in several shows in 2004. Practice! Don't overlook the importance of your stage presentation. Practice walking in the shoes, quarter turns and your overall presentation.
