I got started while stationed in Korea for the Army. I had extra time on my hands after work, so I decided to change my physique. Then I started to read bodybuilding magazines which inspired me to want to be a bodybuilder.

I hit every muscle group once a week, 12 - 15 sets per body part, in basic compound movements.
What Nutrition Plan Has Worked Best For You?
I shoot for 1.5 grams of protein daily and moderate to low carbs consisting of chicken breast, steak, egg whites, fresh veggies and brown rice.
