I honestly don't take any supplements. I believe in getting my protein and nutrients naturally from my diet. I have tried taking supplements which have caused bloating and fullness.
Why Do You Love Fitness?
I love how training makes me feel! I feel great all over after a good hard workout. I also love how my entire body has transformed over the years, and since I get quick results, I'm even more motivated!
