I stopped playing sports in high school and needed a way to stay in shape. I started working out in my local gym and noticed results very fast so I stuck with it!

What Supplements Have Given You The Greatest Gains?
I honestly don't take any supplements. I believe in getting my protein and nutrients naturally from my diet. I have tried taking supplements which have caused bloating and fullness.
Why Do You Love Fitness?
I love how training makes me feel! I feel great all over after a good hard workout. I also love how my entire body has transformed over the years, and since I get quick results, I'm even more motivated!
What Are Your Future Fitness Plans?
I don't really have future plans per se. I will always work out and stay in shape. I would like to gain more muscle and fill out a little bit more.
